Participants are strongly encouraged to take the public transportation. Nearest MRT Stations are Expo (CG1) and (DT35). No complimentary car parks tickets will be issued.

2.00pm to 5.30pm (event may start and/or end earlier than designated time).
 
All participants are to be seated latest by 1.30pm.
 
Kindly Note
Electronic registration will open at 8.00am on 13.03.2023 and close at 11.59pm on 10.04.2023 and is on a first-come-first-served-basis and availability of seats. It will close once seats are taken up. Registration and/or reservation of seats via email and/or telephone and/or walk-in strictly shall not be entertained.

There is a 2nd Run FSM Briefing 2023 which will held in the 3rd quarter of 2023 at a much smaller venue and seats are limited. Details of the 2nd Run will be announced separately via email later. The 2nd Run will be the last briefing in 2023.

10 FSM-CPD Points for Fire Safety Managers who have registered themselves in the e-FSM Portal, attended entire duration of event and attendance confirmed by electronic sign-in and sign-out on the event day.

Registration is solely via this webpage. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to submit electronic event registration and do remember to tick the disclaimer box.
 
Registration and/or reservation of seats via email or telephone shall strictly not be entertained.
 
Corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation are deemed to have read, understand
and consented to terms and conditions set out herein.
 
If you are submitting registering on behalf of another individual and by submitting registration on behalf of another individual, you are warranting that you have made the participant aware and accepted these terms and conditions set out.
 
By submitting registration, corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation confirms that information contained in registration are true and accurate.
 
Organiser shall not be held responsible for any form of disputes arising from incorrect information furnished by corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation in registration.
 
Information provided will be treated with confidentiality and is collected for the purposes to be submitted to the governing bodies, third party service providers, agents and other organisations for, and if applies
 
a.     to communicate with corporate contact person, as well as the individual or another organisations for purposes related to the event
 
b.     accreditation of the FSM-CPD points by the Singapore Civil Defence Force
 
c.     processing of registration and in the provision of administrative services and support
 
Registration is at sole discretion of the organiser and it reserves the right to accept or reject registration and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time at its sole discretion, for any reasons, without liability to corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organiser.
 
All participation fees are quoted and shall be deducted in Singapore Dollars. Organiser is not a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registered entities.
 
Full participation fee payment is required during registration before registration process is completed. If you have submitted your registration without completing with fee payment and/or close the browser before completing registration and fee payment, please retry again 2 hours later from time of last log in. This is to allow the system to purge out your input of personal data earlier from the system.

Accreditation and Pre-requisite
 
The awarding of FSM-CPD Points or Certification or Re-certification of Fire Safety Manager is under the purview of  by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
 
10 FSM-CPD points will be awarded to Fire Safety Manager
 
a.     who is registered in the e-FSM Portal and has furnished correct information in registration
 
b.     has attended entire duration of the event and attendance is confirmed by electronic sign-in and electronic sign-out
 
Fire Safety Manager who fails to comply to above-mentioned will be deemed as absent and FSM-CPD points will not be awarded by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
 
e-Receipt and PayPal receipt does not equate to participant being present in the event on event day.
 
Organiser shall not be held responsible for FSM-CPD points not awarded to participant, arising from participant's failure to to comply to above-mentioned.
 
Alteration to Program or Cancellation or Postponement of Event
 
Organisation reserves the right to make alterations in the event program including, but not limited
 
a.     to venue and timings, in which case organiser will make an effort to inform participants prior date of event
 
b.     cancel or postpone, in which case organiser will inform participants as soon as reasonably able
 
c.     interrupt or stop event due to dangerous situations or any other causes or circumstances beyond its  reasonable control
 
d.     replacing scheduled speakers at any time without prior notice to participants
 
In the event that it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the event is being cancelled or postponed or interrupted or stopped, there shall be no refund of participation fee paid.
 
Organiser shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by participant or inconvenience caused.
 
Attendance - Please note that there is strict validation of attendance for event
 
Electronic attendance sign-in and sign-out will be implemented on the event day. The system will provide real-time reporting of participant's attendance of the day. There is strictly no manual paper attendance sign-in and sign-out.
 
Participant will sign-in attendance by scanning his bar code ID card via barcode reader before the event starts or latest by 2.30pm.
 
Participant will sign-out attendance after the last speaker has completed his presentation by scanning his bar code ID card via barcode reader. Signing-out attendance before the last speaker has completed his presentation may affect awarding of the FSM-CPD points by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
 
Signing-in and/or signing-out attendance on behalf of another participant constitutes voiding of both participants' attendance and FSM-CPD points not awarded by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
 
Participant's information filed in electronic attendance sign-in and sign-out system is as per information provided and input in registration.
 
Organiser shall not be held responsible for any misinformation provided and filed in registration and any mishap occur during participation.
 
Admission, Entry, Exclusion and Punctuality
 
The electronic attendance sign-in stations will open at 12.00pm and close strictly at 2.30pm. There is no scanning and/or manual paper attendance sign-in after 2.30pm.
 
Late comers may attend the event but FSM-CPD points may not be awarded by the Singapore Civil Defence Force and there is neither refund of participation fee nor transfer to another session, if there is any.
 
Walk-in on the event day shall strictly not be entertained.
 
The venue provider and/or authorised representatives of venue provider reserves the right, in its own discretion, without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise, to refuse entry to or evict any person or to revoke the credentials of a participant whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or offensive to other participants, or to organiser's employees or who poses a threat to security or safety of the community.

FSMAS Member Registration Rates (Not transferable to non-FSMAS Member)
 
By selecting FSMAS members registration rate, it is agreed that participant is a current financial FSMAS 
member and that registration is made in the FSMAS member's name only.
 
FSMAS membership number is a compulsory information to input in electronic event registration.
 
FSM Registration Number
 
FSM Registration Number (5 Numeric Digits) is the unique number generated in e-FSM Portal to Fire Safety Manager.
 
Participant must provide correct FSM Registration Number in registrationProviding misinformation will result in FSM-CPD points not awarded by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
 
Fire Safety Manager may retrieve his FSM Registration Number in the e-FSM Portal via his SingPass at https://eservices1.scdf.gov.sg/fsm/efsm/index.do
 
Full Participation Fee Payment
 
Full participation fee payment is strictly and solely by a local bank issued credit or debit card via PayPal. Users are subject to the PayPal User Agreement and applicable policies.
 
If corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation does not have a PayPal payment account, please tab on "Check out as a Guest" or "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" on the page and furnish details of credit or debit card as per information request fields and instructed next pages.
 
Invoice shall not be issued. e-Receipt will be generated and sent by email to corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation at the email address input in registration. e-Receipt and PayPal receipt will be official.
 
If corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation does not receive e-Receipt, please check spam or junk mail folder or check the filters section in email settings.
 
NO - Fee Refund or Replacement or Postponement and Not Transferable Policy
 
Registration and seat confirmed are not replaceable, transferable or postpone, in respect of participant's failure and/or not able to attend event on the event day, for whatever reasons.
 
Corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation will still be liable for full participation fee payment.
 
Full participation fees paid are not refundable or transferable, in respect of
 
a.     participant's failure and/or not able to attend event on the event day, for whatever reasons
 
b.     corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation cancels registration after registration and seat are confirmed, for whatever reasons
 
Personal Information Collection
 
Organiser collects personal information about individual which is necessary for it to manage and operate the event and administer his or her participation in events.
 
Organiser may disclose personal information about individual, for any of the purposes and in accordance with the PDPA, to any of our agents and service providers providing services in relation to the event and/or our partners or collaborators in the event (including but not limited to the Singapore Civil Defence Force).

Personal information provided will be treated with confidentiality. To safeguard personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal information are secured with appropriate security technologies.
 
Safety and Security
 
For safety and comfort for all participants, participants must at entry and also whilst inside the venue comply
with the directions or announcements from organiser, venue provider and/or authorised representatives of
venue provider and any other requirements relating to access and safety.
 
To verify participant’s identity, organiser reserves the rights to request for proof of identity on-site and/or on the event day.
 
System Compatibility
 
Prior to submitting a registration and making participation fee payment, it is the corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation's responsibility to ensure that your technology is compatible with our systems.
 
Organiser is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility as above.
 
Due to inherent nature, corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation acknowledges
that organiser is not liable or responsible for and delay, disruptions or disturbance in the operation of the
internet.
 
If you are using an office laptop or desktop to submit a registration and make participation fee payment, please check with your company's IT departmnet on firewall installed in your company's PC Systems.
 
Venue
 
Organiser has no control over the maintenance or management of the venue and entry to the venue may be
subjected to the venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry.
 
Videography, Photography and Audio Recording
 
The event may be documented by means of photography and/or video and/or sound recording by the 
organiser, or others on behalf of the organiser.
 
By attending or participating in the event, participants consent that photographs and/or videos and/or sound recordings of the event in which the participants are clearly identifiable may be used in whole or in part for all current and future media, without compensation or credit to participants.
