An evening to recollect year gone memories and cherish them again.
 
It is also an evening of fun with great entertainment, fabulous lucky draw prizes to be won, sumptuous 8-course seat-down Chinese no-pork-no-lard dinner.
 
More importantly, it will be a good opportunity to catch up and network with fellow members, to foster a strong united Fire Safety Managers community and to gather with your buddy FSM friends to rekindle friendship in a pleasant surrounding.

Who Should Attend

Members of Fire Safety Managers' Association Singapore holding valid membership and not in arrears of any membership subscription fee.
 
FSMAS 30th Anniversary Dinner is exclusively and solely for members of the Association. It is a members-only event.

Time:
7pm to 10.30pm
 
-     electronic attendance sign-in will commence at 6.30pm and dinner will commence at 7.30pm
-     all attendees to be seated by 7.15pm
-     each individual attendee will sign-in by scanning his or her NRIC or Singapore Driving License or Employment Pass via barcode scanner
-     attendees are encouraged to take public transportation. The nearest MRT is Orchard (NS22)
-     complimentary car park tickets are issued on a first-come-first-served-basis and subjected to hotel car park lots available on that evening.

-     electronic registration will open at 8am on 30.09.2019 and close at 11.59pm on 11.11.2019
-     appeals for registration after the registration period will not be accepted and entertained. Only registration within the period is permitted
-     electronic registration is on a first-come-first-served-basis and availability of seats. It may close earlier than posted deadline
-     we regret to inform that registration and / or reservation of seats via email and / or telephone and / or walk-in shall not be entertained

Registration

1.     FSMAS Members are deemed to have read, understand and consented to the terms and conditions set out herein.
 
2.     Registration is solely via Electronic Registration system. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to submit registration.
 
3.     Registration is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED-BASIS and subjected to availability of seats and may close earlier than posted deadline.
 
4.     We regret to say that manual paper registration, reservation of seat via telephone and / or email and / or walk-in on day of event shall not be entertained.
 
5.     Payment is solely by Credit or Debit Card and fee will be debited in Singapore Dollars.
 
After every successful electronic registration and payment by credit card, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address furnished in electronic registration.
 
The electronic receipt serves as confirmation and guarantee of seat. There is no further confirmation or reminder there after.
 
6.     Admission to event is strictly by pre-registration and full participation fee payment made in electronic registration.

Please kindly take note:

Alteration to Program - Cancellation or Postponement of Event
 
1.     Organisation reserves the right to make alterations in the event program including, but not limited
a)     to venue and timings, in which case organiser will make an effort to inform participants prior date of event
 
b)     cancel or postpone, in which case organiser will inform participants as soon as reasonably practicable
 
c)     interrupt or stop event due to dangerous situations or any other causes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control
 
2.     In the event that it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the event is being cancelled or postponed or interrupted or stopped, there shall be no refund of participation fee paid.
 
3.     Organiser shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by participant or inconvenience caused.
 
Attendance Sign-In Electronically
 
1.     Electronic attendance sign-in will be implemented on actual event day. There is no manual paper attendance sign-in on the event day.
 
2.     Each individual participant will sign-in his or her attendance before the event by scanning his or her NRIC or Employment Pass or Singapore Driving License via barcode reader.
 
The system will provide real-time reporting of participant's attendance of the day.
 
3.     Please take note that electronic attendance sign-in stations will open at 6pm and close at 7.20pm.
 
There is no scanning and / or manual paper attendance sign-in after attendance sign-in stations close.
 
4.     Participant's information filed in electronic attendance sign-in and sign-out system is as per information input in electronic registration by corporate person, as well as individual or another organisation.
 
Organiser shall not be held responsible for the mistake in the submission electronically and filed.
 
Admission and Punctuality
 
1.     Please be informed that the electronic attendance sign-in stations will close at 7.20pm and there is no scanning and / or manual paper attendance sign-in after attendance sign-in stations close.
 
2.     Admission to event is strictly by pre-registration and full participation fee payment made in electronic registration.
 
If such fee payment is not made for any reasons, organiser may refuse to admit participant to event and shall have no liability in that regard.
 
3.     It is with regret to inform that walk-in on the event day shall strictly not be entertained.
 
4.     The venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider and / or organiser reserves the right, in its own discretion, without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise, to refuse entry to or evict any person or to revoke the credentials of a participant whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or offensive to other participants, or to organiser's employees or who poses a threat to security or safety of the community.

FSMAS Member Registration Rates
 
1.     FSMAS member registration rate is not transferable to non-FSMAS member.
 
2.     By selecting FSMAS members registration rate, it is agreed that the participant is a current financial member of FSMAS and that registration is made in the FSMAS member's name only.
 
3.     The FSMAS membership number is a compulsory information to input in electronic registration.
 
NO - Fee Refund or Replacement or Postponement and Not Transferable Policy
 
1.     Registration and seat confirmed is not replaceable, transferable or postpone, in respect of
a)     member's failure to attend event on event day, for whatever reason
 
b)     member is not able to attend the event, for whatever reasons
 
2.     Member will still be liable for participation fee payment
 
3.     Participation fees paid are not refundable or transferable, in respect of
a)     member cancels registration after registration is confirmed, for whatever reasons
 
b)     member's failure to attend event on the event day, for whatever reason
 
c)     member is not able to attend the event, for whatever reason
 
NO Smoking Policy
 
1.     The venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider reserves the right to stop patrons
from smoking in "NO SMOKING" areas, including within 5 metres of the entrance or exit of the building, or to to request patrons who refuse to cease smoking to leave the premises immediately.
 
2.     Smokers are liable to a composition sum of $200 if caught smoking in prohibited places.
 
Safety and Security
 
1.     The venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider reserves the right in its discretion
to
a)     refuse suitcases, bags, and / or other objects being brought in to venue whether before, during or after event
 
b)     inspect any bag and / or other item which any person wishes to bring in to or remove from venue, whether before, during or after the event
 
c)     conduct random security checks on all persons within venue at any time
 
2.     For safety and comfort for all participants, participants must at entry and also whilst inside the venue comply
with the directions or announcements from organiser, venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider and any other requirements relating to access and safety.
 
3.     To verify participant’s identity, organiser reserves the rights to request for proof of identity on-site and / or on event day.
 
Venue
 
1.     Organiser has no control over the maintenance or management of the venue.
 
2.     Entry to the venue may be subjected to the venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry.
 
Videography, Photography and Audio Recording
 
1.     The event may be documented by means of photography and / or video and / or sound recording by
the organiser, or others on behalf of the organiser.
 
2.     By attending or participating in the event, participants consent that photographs and / or videos and / or sound recordings of the event in which the participants are clearly identifiable may be used in whole or in part for all current and future media, without compensation or credit to participants.

Corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation are deemed to have read,
    understand and consented to terms and conditions set out herein.
