Alteration to Program - Cancellation or Postponement of Event
FSMAS reserves the right to make alterations in the event program.
The program is correct at the time of publication but may exchange the venue or timing of event. The organiser shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify participants of any such changes prior to the event.
In the event that it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the event is being cancelled or postponed or interrupted or stopped, there shall be no refund of participation fee paid.
Organiser shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by participant or inconvenience caused.
Attendance Sign-In Electronically
Electronic attendance sign-in will be implemented on the event day. The system will provide real-time reporting of participant's attendance of the day. There is no manual paper attendance sign-in.
Participant will sign-in attendance by scanning his digital ID card or barcode ID card via barcode reader before the event starts or latest by 7.30pm.
Admission and Punctuality
The electronic attendance sign-in stations will open from 6.00pm onwards and close strictly at 7.30pm. There is no scanning and / or manual paper attendance sign-in after 7.30pm.
Walk-in on the event day shall strictly not be entertained.
The venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider reserves the right, in its own discretion, without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise, to refuse entry to or evict any person or to revoke the credentials of a participant whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or offensive to other participants, or to organiser's employees or who poses a threat to security or safety of the community.
Car Parking / Car ParkTickets
Complimentary car park tickets are issued on a first-come-first-served-basis and subjected to hotel car park lots available on that evening.

FSMAS Member Registration Rates
By selecting FSMAS members registration rate, it is agreed that the participant is a current financial member of FSMAS and that registration is made in the FSMAS member's name only.
The FSMAS membership number is a compulsory information to input in electronic registration.
Full Participation Fee Payment
Full participation fee payment is strictly and solely by a local bank issued credit or debit card via PayPal. Users are subject to the PayPal User Agreement and applicable policies.
If one does not have a PayPal payment account, please tab on "Check out as a Guest" or "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" on the page and furnish details of credit or debit card as per information request fields and instructed next pages.
Invoice shall not be issued. e-Receipt will be generated and sent by email to FSMAS member at the email address provided in registration. e-Receipt from FSMAS and payment notification from PayPal are official. If one does not receive said documents, please check spam or junk mail folder or check the filters section in your email settings.
NO Fee Refund or Replacement or Postponement and Not Transferable Policy
Fees paid are non-refundable.
Registration and seat confirmed are strictly unreplaceable, non-transferable or postponable, in respect of one's failure and / or not able to attend event on the event day, for whatever reasons.
FSMAS member will still be liable for full participation fee payment.
Personal Information Collection
Organiser collects personal information about individual which is necessary for it to manage and operate the event and administer individual's participation in events.
Organiser may disclose personal information about individual, for any of the purposes and in accordance with the PDPA, to any of our agents and service providers providing services in relation to the event and / or our partners or collaborators in the event (including but not limited to the Singapore Civil Defence Force).
Personal information provided will be treated with confidentiality. To safeguard personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal information are secured with appropriate security technologies.
Safety and Security
For safety and comfort for all participants, one must at entry and also whilst inside the venue comply
with the directions or announcements from organiser, venue provider and / or authorised representatives of
venue provider and any other requirements relating to access and safety.
To verify one's identity, organiser reserves the rights to request for proof of identity on-site and / or on the event day.
Venue
Organiser has no control over the maintenance or management of the venue and entry to the venue may be
subjected to the venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry.
Videography, Photography and Audio Recording
The event may be documented by means of photography and / or video and / or sound recording by the
organiser, or others on behalf of the organiser.
By attending or participating in the event, participants consent that photographs and / or videos and / or sound recordings of the event in which the participants are clearly identifiable may be used in whole or in part for all current and future media, without compensation or credit to participants.
