Do note that there is no corporate registration for FSM Briefing 2021 (Webinar) and there are 2 registration segments, namely electronic registration and payment and registration to access Zoom Meeting platform.
Compulsory and correct information required for electronic event registration and payment.
1. Personal Email Address of participant. Please be informed that only individual personal email address is accepted. Please do not furnish corporate personal email address.
Do ensure your personal email address is correct as incorrect email address furnishes in electronic registration will result in not able to communicate with individual in any matters relating to FSM Briefing 2021 (Webinar) registration, processing of registration and in the provision of administrative services and support.
Do note that if you prefer to use a corporate personal email address, please check with your organisation’s IT Department for firewall rules installed in your organisation’s PC network.
2. Full Name of participant as per NRIC or Employment Pass. Please note that furnishing of incomplete name may affect attendance time stamping by Zoom Meeting platform, cause delay in process of verification and awarding of FSM-CPD points, delay in process of verification in registration for access to Zoom Meeting platform and customisation of unique encryted individualised Zoom Meeting Access Link.
3. NRIC Number or FIN Number of participant for verification purposes.
4. FSM Registration Number (5 numeric digits) if you are registered in the e-FSM Portal. FSM Registration Number is the unique number generated in e-FSM Portal to Fire Safety Manager when he or she registers in the e-FSM Portal.
It is a compulsory information to input in electronic registration by FSM who is registered in e-FSM Portal.
It is also required for attendance time stamping by Zoom Meeting platform, process of verification and awarding of FSM-CPD points, process of verification in registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform and customisation of unique encryted individualised Zoom Meeting Access Link.
Failure in provding correct and valid FSM Registration Number will affect above mentioned administrative process procedure and not able to attend FSM Briefing 2021 (Webinar).
Fire Safety Manager may retrieve his or her FSM Registration Number in the e-FSM Portal at
5. FSMAS Membership Number if you are a current financial member of FSMAS. FSMAS Membership Number is issued to Fire Safety Manager when he or she joins FSMAS as a member. It is a complulsory information to input in registration by FSMAS member so as to enjoy discounted participation fee rate.
6. Personal Mobile Number of participant for contact purposes, as and when deemed necessary.
Compulsory and correct information required for registration for access to Zoom Meeting platform
An email will be sent to participants who have successfully registered and made full participation fee inviting registration for access to Zoom Meeting platform by Variety Communications Pte Ltd (events@varietycommunications.com), FSMAS' appointed webinar vendor.
After successful registration for access to Zoom Meeting platform, he or she will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting and customised unique individualised Zoom Meeting Access Link within 2 days.

2. First Name and Last Name of participant. Please input his or her name correctly so as to faciliate customisation of unique encryted individualised Zoom Meeting Access Link, customisation of participant's on screen identity and participant's attendance time stamping by Zoom Meeting platform.
3. FSM Registration Number (5 numeric digits) if you are registered in the e-FSM Portal. FSM Registration Number is the unique number generated in e-FSM Portal to Fire Safety Manager when he or she registers in the e-FSM Portal.

Terms and Conditions
1. Individual is deemed to have read, understand and consented to terms and conditions set out herein.
2. If you are submitting registering on behalf of another individual and by submitting registration on behalf of another individual, you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that he or she has accepted these terms.
3. By registering for the event and providing personal data in this electronic registration, individual is deemed to have given consent that any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used, disclosed and / or submitted to the governing bodies, third party providers, agents and other organisations for various purposes, including
a. to communicate with the individual for purposes related to the event
b. processing of registration and in the provision of administrative services and support
4. Personal information provided will be treated with confidentiality.
5. To safeguard personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data are secured with appropriate security technologies.
6. Prior to submitting an electronic registration and making full participation fee payment via FSMAS event registration webpage, registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform and participating in the virtual event, it is the individual's responsibility to ensure that your technology is compatible with our systems.
Organiser is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility as above.
Due to inherent nature, individual acknowledges that organiser is not liable or responsible for and delay, disruptions or disturbance in the operation of the internet.
7. Registration is at sole discretion of the individual and it reserves the right to accept or reject registration and / or cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time at its sole discretion, for any reasons, without liability to individual.
8. Registration is solely via this webpage. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to submit registration and do remember to tick the disclaimer box. We regret to inform that there is no manual paper registration and / or registration via email.
9. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to availability of seats and may close earlier than
posted deadlines.
10. Registration will not be accepted before and / or after the registration period. Only registration within the registration period is permitted. No registration of any other form will be accepted after electronic registration via FSMAS event registration webpage closes.
11. All participation fees are quoted and will be deducted in Singapore Dollars. Organiser is not a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registered entities.
12. Invoice will not be issued.
13. Payment of full participation fee is by credit or debit card via PayPal payment gateway only.
14. If individual does not have a PayPal Payment Account, please tab on "Check out as a Guest" or "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" on the page and furnish details of credit or debit card as per information request fields and instructed next pages.

15. Upon successful electronic event registration and payment of full participation fee, an electronic receipt will be sent to individual at the email address input in electronic event registration via FSMAS event registration webpage.
If individual does not receive electronic receipt, please check spam or junk mail folder.
16. After electronic event registration has closed, an email will be sent to individual by Variety Communications Pte Ltd (events@varietycommunications.com), FSMAS' authorised and appointed webinar vendor, inviting registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform.
17. Registration for access to Zoom Meeting platform is required by Zoom Video Communications before the event day, as well as for customisation of participant's attendance time stamping in Zoom Meeting platform, on-screen identity purposes in Zoom Meeting platform and customisation of unique encryted individualised Zoom Meeting Access Link.
Please note that failing to register for Access to Zoom Meeting platform before the event day will result in not able to attend the FSM Briefing 2021 (Webinar) and awarding of FSM-CPD points.
18. Upon successful registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform, a confirmation together with customised unique encryted individualised Zoom Meeting Access Link will be sent to individual via email by Variety Communications Pte Ltd, FSMAS' authorised and appointed webinar vendor.
If individual does not receive email, please check spam or junk mail folder.
19. It is the sole responsibility of individual to furnish accurate and complete information in electronic event registration and registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform.
For security reasons, there is no form of any amendment and / or changes and / or edition to be carried out once information is submitted, filed and locked in electronic event registration and registration for access to Zoom Meeting platform.
20. By submitting electronic event registration and registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform, individual confirms that information contained in both registrations are accurate.
21. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any disputes with electronic receipt issued arising from incomplete and / or in-accurate and / or different information furnished by individual in electronic event registration.
22. Organiser shall not be responsible for any disputes with participant not able to receive any form of
communications and / or instructions arising from incomplete and / or incorrect and / or different information furnished by individual in electronic event registration and registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform.
23. Organiser shall not be responsible for participant's attendance not time stamped and FSM-CPD points not awarded arising from
a. incomplete and / or in-accurate Full Name and FSM Registration Number furnished by individual in electronic event registration and registration for Access to Zoom Meeting platform
b. participant not attending entire and full scheduled and duration of FSM Briefing 2021 (Webinar) on event day, for whatever reasons
c. participant's failure in completing viewing of entire and full scheduled and duration of FSM Briefing 2021 (Webinar), for whatever reasons
d. participant's failure to take, complete and pass on-line quiz, for whatever reasons
