A platform for FSMAS members to interact and network with each other.

Who Should Attend

FSMAS 34th Annual General Meeting is exclusively for members of FSMAS.
 
FSMAS Members are not to be in any membership subscription arrears before the date of FSMAS 34th Annual General Meeting and are current financial members of FSMAS.

Attendees are encouraged to take public transportation because hotel car parking lots are limited. Nearest MRT is Farrer Park Station (NE8)
 
Time:
2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Attendance marking will commence at 1.15 pm

Accreditation from SCDF

NO FSM-CPD point is awarded. Annual General Meeting is not a program and / or event accredited under the FSM-CPD Program.

Registration and/or reservation of seats via email or telephone shall strictly not be entertained.
 
FSMAS members are deemed to have read, understand and consented to the terms and conditions set out herein.
 
By submitting registration, FSMAS members confirm that information contained in registration are true and accurate.
 
Information provided will be treated with confidentiality and is collected for the processing of registration and in the provision of administrative services and support.

Please kindly take note:

Alteration to Program or Cancellation or Postponement of Event
 
FSMAS reserves the right to make alterations in the event program including, but not limited
 
a.     to venue and timings, in which case FSMAS will make an effort to inform participants prior date of event
 
b.     cancel or postpone, in which case FSMAS will inform participants as soon as reasonably able
 
c.     interrupt or stop event due to dangerous situations or any other causes or circumstances beyond its  reasonable control
 
Attire Code
 
All participants must be in proper attire on event day. Those in shorts, bermuda, flip-flops or slippers may not be allowed entry into the event hall.
 
Admission to Meeting
 
FSMAS 34th Annual General Meeting is exclusively for members of FSMAS who are holding valid membership.
 
To verify participant's identity, FSMAS reserves the right to request for proof of identity, like the NRIC or Singapore Driving License or Employment Pass on-site and / or on event day.
 
FSMAS Members Registration
 
FSMAS Membership number is a compulsory information to input in electronic event registration.
 
Members are not to be in any membership subscription arrears before the date of FSMAS 34th Annual General Meeting.
 
Safety and Security
 
The venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider reserves the right in its discretion
 
a.     to refuse suitcases, bags, and / or other objects being brought in to venue whether before, during or after event
 
b.     to inspect any bag and / or other item which any person wishes to bring in to or remove from venue, whether before, during or after the event
 
c.     to conduct random security and safety checks on all persons within venue at any time
 
For safety and comfort for all participants, participants must at entry and also whilst inside the venue comply with the directions or announcements from FSMAS, venue provider and / or authorised representatives of venue provider and any other requirements relating to access and safety.
 
Venue
 
FSMAS has no control over the maintenance or management of the venue.
 
Entry to the venue will be subjected to the venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry.
 
Videography, Photography and Audio Recording
 
The event may be documented by means of photography and / or video and / or sound recording by the organiser, or others on behalf of the organiser.
 
By attending or participating in the event, participants consent that photographs and / or videos and / or sound recordings of the event in which the participants are clearly identifiable may be used in whole or in part for all current and future media, without compensation or credit to participants.
